Put "F23E_20.bin" into FAT32 Formatted Memcard Root
Insert Memcard into phone and put phone into upgrade mode
Phone will start Flashing and at the end FRP will be removed from HiSense F23.
If phone keep saying "Please Wait" or "Waiting for SD Card" change your memcard and make sure phone battery is more than 50%.
